Duties & Responsibilities
Key performance area
- Conduct monthly visits of your current month’s tiers
- Maintain an accurate customer database and call cycle
- Manage the customer expectations and needs
- Manage the customer portfolio allocated to you by ensuring:
- Manage declared BTV to Actual BTV processed monthly/quarterly/annually
- Manage customers not utilizing the product and try reducing to a fully active portfolio
- Limit technical callouts by ensuring efficient and thorough switch on training as well as ongoing training with the users/sites
- Renewal negotiations to begin @12 months remaining on the current contract
- Keep the customer appraised of any changes or new product developments and services
- Settlement process is understood d, and client is trained on instant access and web flow
- Financial process
- Feedback and quick resolution to customer queries
- Train the client on the current escalation process
- Source viable opportunities to promote the brand in order to secure required weekly quota output and build a solid pipeline of opportunities with Business owners/decision makers
- Manage all activity and reporting via core suite and report server to effectively manage and secure your prospect base
- Managing and auctioning on going promotions/campaigns strategic decisions throughout the customer base
- Provide assistance to Business Consultants and other Departments on matters escalated to AM’s/Hybrids on matters needed
- Assist Operations with customer training and billable calls
- Assist the Settlement staff with queries
- Meet deadlines for weekly/monthly reporting
- Daily Core Suite capturing
- ADHOC requested as and when required
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in a Business to Business Service Product environment
- Must have a proven track record of managing client accounts in support of new business development
- Must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets to achieve OTE (On Target Earnings)
- A technical product background would be advantageous
- Must have own vehicle and valid drivers licence
Package & Remuneration
- Market Related Basic with Medical Aid and Pension + Fuel Allowance + Cell Allowance + High Commission Structure
